I looked around
and didn’t notice anything
until my heart stopped
and my ears started drumming
I looked at him
he caught my eyes
I was so amazed
he got me by surprise
I wanted to talk to him
but my hands were shaking
my feet wouldn’t move
and my stomach was aching
He didn’t stop staring
as I didn’t either
I wanted to go
I was so eager
he came to me
and asked my name
i told him and said nice to meet you
as he said the same
I felt a connection
his eyes on mine
he knew how to have a good conversation
I felt the chills up my spine
as we laughed and chattered
he kept looking at the time
I was a little confused
but kept drinking my wine
It was getting dark
he was amazing id say
I was waiting for his number
I wanted him to stay
I said whats wrong
he said nothing
his head kept looking around
I saw something
she came in so beautiful
as greater than life
he grabbed her hand and said
Id like to introduce you to my wife
